We hope to have additional opportunities for our business partners to participate at school functions as the year moves forward - some ideas include the Great American Teach-In, Kindness Banners and the Veterans Day ceremony. 

We are always interested to hear your ideas as well, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Specs:

  • Banners: will be uniform size (4’ X 6’).  Sponsor design needs to be appropriate for elementary school aged students and approved by Westchase Elementary PTA prior to production. Banners displayed during the 2018-2019 school year can be used again if in good condition.  *Banner(s) cost is the responsibility of the sponsor.
  • Flyers: Sponsor design needs to be appropriate for elementary school aged students and approved by Westchase Elementary PTA prior to production. Upon approval, the sponsor shall provide 1,100 copies sorted into groups of 20 to be distributed to students.  Flyers should be received no later than the close of school office on Tuesday afternoon for distribution that week.  *Flyer(s) cost is the responsibility of the sponsor.
  • Marquee Sign: Priority will be given to the higher level of sponsorship for the requested week(s) to be displayed.
  • Logo: Provide us with a hi-res jpg logo.

Sponsorship Information:

  • All sponsorships run from August 1st – July 31st of the current school year.
  • Sponsorship contracts must be received with payment or donation agreement by 9/1/19 to have name on Wizard Walk tee shirts. 
  • Checks should be made payable to: Westchase Elementary PTA.  Please deliver to the front office at Westchase Elementary School or schedule a time and place to pick up.
